HOW TO ORDER
- Registration is not required to order from our site. To order, just browse through our site and order the items you are interested in by filling out our order form. When ordering please make sure that you indicate the Item Name, Color and Size (if applicable) and Quantity of the items you wish to purchase. Please also include the mode of payment you wish to use to pay for your purchases.
- Upon receiving your order, we will be sending you a confirmation email indicating the items you purchased, shipping address, total cost of the items you purchased and cost of shipment. Please check carefully for any discrepancy and inform us immediately.
PAYING FOR YOUR ORDERS
- We accept BPI Family Bank (over the counter deposit), GCASH, and SMART MONEY. We also accept PAYPAL and WESTERN UNION payments on a case to case basis, if you want to use this mode of payments please indicate in your order form so we may send you the details.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Unless otherwise specified, we process your orders within 48 hours upon receipt of your payment. In situation wherein we will not be able to process your orders within a 48 hour period, an email explaning why your order will be delayed will be sent to you.
- Depending on courier service availability, we ship your orders via XEND EXPRESS, LBC or Air21.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- You may cancel your order anytime BEFORE sending us payments for the items. After payment is made, we consider the order as final and binding.
- If you want to make any changes or add to your orders please do so before sending your payments for the item you purchased.
